The team
OpperatorAI was founded in Dubai, with roots in Barcelona and Miami, by operators — people who have carried a sales quota, answered the support line, run the marketing calendar and closed the books. That is why everything we build starts from a Tuesday afternoon reality: the phone ringing while your hands are full, the WhatsApp read at midnight and answered at noon, the lead that went cold because the follow-up lived in someone's head. We are engineers, sellers, marketers and customer-service people building for engineers, sellers, marketers and customer-service people.
We work as one product team: AI engineers who fine-tune agents and workflows, designers who care about the pixel and the millisecond, growth people who live inside campaigns and funnels, and implementation specialists who take every client from onboarding call to live-in-a-week.
